Our mission is to provide high quality trauma-informed health care that fosters resilience, connection, and community healing through therapy, fitness, and the arts.

At Colorado Health Collective, we provide individual and group therapy for adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including:

Our work is grounded in evidence-based and experiential modalities designed to support deep, lasting healing. We integrate:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you connect with and heal all parts of yourself

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process trauma and build emotional resilience

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for developing mindfulness, emotional regulation, and coping skills

  • Existential and person-centered approaches to foster meaning, authenticity, and self-compassion

In addition to traditional talk therapy, we also offer creative and experiential modalities such as:

  • Animal-assisted therapy with our therapy animals at Finding Hiawatha Farm

  • Fitness-assisted therapy at our private personal training studio in Denver

  • Art therapy and expressive arts to promote self-discovery and emotional release

Experience therapy in a serene, natural setting surrounded by animals and fresh air.
Here, we offer:

  • Animal-assisted therapy with horses, goats, dogs, cats, and more

  • Nature-based and walk-and-talk therapy

  • Art therapy and creative expression

Clients able invited to connect with therapy animals, explore creativity, and find grounding through nature—all while engaging in trauma-informed talk therapy.

💪 Private Fitness Studio – Denver, CO

At our private personal training studio in Denver, clients can experience the healing power of movement through fitness-based therapy. This location integrates physical wellness, body awareness, and mental health to help clients rebuild trust and strength within themselves.

💻 Virtual Therapy in Colorado

For clients who prefer or require remote care, we offer secure virtual therapy sessions via Zoom—ensuring accessibility and continuity of care across the state of Colorado.

We offer a unique therapeutic experience at the Finding Hiawatha farm which is home to 16 therapy animals - horses, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits, and rats! Each session is held in a fully private room or outdoor space, designed to ensure your comfort and confidentiality.

Fitness Therapy

In addition to our traditional and nature-based therapy offerings, we are excited to offer Fitness Therapy, a groundbreaking approach that integrates mental health therapy with physical movement. This innovative offering combines the expertise of a licensed professional counselor with the skills of a certified personal trainer, creating a holistic mind-body experience.
